The staff is pleasant and helpful, and the outdoor restaurant offers a pleasant dining setting. The property itself is stunning and tastefully decorated. The service provided by the staff is first-class, going above and beyond to assist and care for guests.

The locationm great service and staff. The Manager Cyril made it a point to greet visitors on check in. Staff were very helpful in providing tips during our stay. Little touches like leaving abox of snacks or cookies and an ever replenishing fruit basket made the stay memorable. The toiletries int he bathroom were also special .There was pne night where the water in the bathroom was trickling and stopped. A phone call and prompt response resolved the matter

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Luang Prabang. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions. The hotel itself was stunning, with tasteful decorations and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information about the weather and where to go. They even allowed me to have a late check-out on my last day, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

This hotel is a hidden gem that I would recommend to everyone.

Great historic spot for a weekend with cozy rooms. Each room has a coffee maker with quality coffee options and fresh water refills. the location is superb, in the heart of the city center and close to everything. the breakfast selection is delicious and served in a charming open kitchen setting.

Staying here was a great experience. I loved the hotel's location right in the heart of the city centre, where everything quietens down by 10 pm. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful backyard overlooking the river where I spent some peaceful moments. Also, the staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They offered free bicycles to explore the city and the snacks on the car pick-up were a delightful touch.

The bed was way too soft for my taste, but that is a matter of personal preference. Maybe they could offer different options to choose from before check-in. Other than that, our stay was exceptional.
